To help you prepare for the challenge, we are working with Trailnet to organise training rides. |

To help you prepare for the challenge, we will once again be working with Trailnet to organise training rides for you to build up your fitness, check out your bike, see some of the course and to get some tips on how to ensure you get through the ride.Sunday 21st February (2 hours)Sunday 21st March (3 hours)Sunday 2nd May (4 hours)These will be suitable for all abilities and all rides will start at 10am from Thorndon Country Park and will include a short break to refuel. This year, to make it a bit more interesting, the route will be ANTI-CLOCKWISE! Same route but in reverse! There will also be a food stop in addition to the normal water points. Marshals will once again have water at their points. |

Successful 2ND Ride |

We're glad to announce that our second bike ride was an enjoyable event for everyone. |
|
Thanks to everyone who took part in our 2nd ride on 10th May 2009. It was a superb day and everyone, riders and helpers alike had a brilliant time. We raised over £4,000 which will go to Little Havens Children’s Hospice and Basildon Hospital’s Neo-Natal Unit. |
